Scrubs

Scrubs are the shirt and trousers worn by surgeons, doctors and other people working in an operating theatre. Scrubs are said to be the medical uniform, which should be worn by every doctor and surgeon before going in for any surgery. Nearly all the people working in the hospital and all those who take care of patients are bound to wear this scrub just in order to avoid any spreading of germs and bacteria.

Usually there are many types, designs and colors of scrubs available in the market. It helps to ease out the tension a patient suffers by being in the hospital. Sometime scrubs are also equipped with a waist-length long-sleeved jacket with no lapels. Many hospitals use scrub color in order to differentiate between staff members of various departments.
