Hurricanes and Wealth Building

Many people are getting quite rich due to the intensity of the Atlantic tropical hurricane seasons. The real estate prices are still down along the Gulf Coast in United States of America in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida Panhandle along the beach. But eventually after the damage is repaired and everything is back to normal those prices will go back up and stay very high as it is a very fun place to live and a lot of people go there to retire.

For some reason Florida land prices and real estate is at an all-time high even though everyone lives on a big flat sandbar and Florida is obviously prone to Atlantic tropical hurricanes seasons, which seemed to be very intense during this decade-long cycle of bad hurricanes.

For those who buy on the cheap and wait for the real estate prices to come back up they have a chance of building wealth, but it is not without risk because another hurricane could come along and get to prices down further, nevertheless each winter the price goes back up and some people are making quite a bit money on this. Flipping real estate and homes at the top of a market does not seem like a viable business to be in and yet some people are making quite a bit money and growing wealthy doing it. Please consider all this in 2006.
