How do you process your inner dialogue? What kind of conversations do you run in your head? Did you know that we have about 60,000 thoughts a day? Most people go through their life thinking the same thoughts day after day and getting the same results and wondering why nothing changes.

I was listening to a great NLP teacher last night and he was talking about how to make effective changes. He teaches that you start with your spoken word. Because you think about what you are going to say, it also automatically changes your thinking. How brilliant is that?
