The Private Sector deserves to know what they are dealing with when they commit capital to large projects and changes at the regulatory level in government, whether it is at the FAA, USDA, FDA, SEC, EPA, FTC or 1,000 other agencies is critical to a smooth flowing free market and change management is important for us to consider. Without it there is chaos and yes there is opportunity in chaos but that opportunity generally comes at the expense of massive disruption too.

Powell left the FCC as phone Internet Service became available and Satellite TV and Radio ended up exempt from much of the rules and regulations.
