Food by God vs. Food by Man

Whether you believe in God or not, or that He created the earth in His infinite wisdom, it is a fact that there are an abundance of foods that come from the ground, and from living animals that feed off of the ground. It is also a fact that our body instinctively knows what to do with foods that come from the ground, or from these animals. It knows how to break them down and pull all of the living nutrients, vitamins/minerals, and life-giving enzymes that we need in order to fuel us in our pursuit for optimal health and fitness.

Simply put, the further we stray away from food in its original form, the less able our bodies are to process, digest, and absorb any of these life-giving nutrients. If you think about all of things you could find in a garden ... vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and animals ... these are the types of foods that give our bodies the ultimate fuel and energy to live life to its fullest!

Look at it this way, when a food is put into a box, bag, or can, in order for that food to stay on the shelf without perishing in a matter of days, it must be processed, refined, and/or cooked at a very high temperature. This process not only kills the live enzymes found in the food, it kills and chemically changes all of the vitamins and minerals. This is why every box of cereal must be 'fortified with 25 vitamins and minerals'. Simply put, they have processed the 'whole grain' down to very refined flour that is devoid of all life and nutrition. In order to even serve a product with enriched flour in it, manufacturers are required to add synthetic man-made vitamins and minerals to try to compensate for the lack of nutritive value. Unfortunately, our bodies do not recognize these man-made vitamins as well as vitamins found in foods straight from the ground.

Live foods = life giving nutrients.

Dead food = death giving chemicals and added preservatives.

Which will you choose?
