International Terrorists Have More Rights Than President of the United States?

Well now I have heard it all! The Supreme Court has ruled that The President of the United States of America, President Bush has indeed overstepped his authority in ordering military war crimes trials for Guantanamo Bay detainees says an official statement from the court. Yet consider if you will that in a way what the Supreme Court is telling us is that; The International Terrorists Have More Rights Than President of the United States?

Since when is it okay to plot to kill innocent Americans and hold ones self out to be an International Terrorist? Since when do the International Terrorists deserve rights? Did they care about the rights of those innocent people that they slaughtered during 911? It sure did not appear that way to me. We saw many dancing in the streets.

This Supreme Court finding is a slap in the face to Americans and it still remains the Governments number one job to protect the American people? How; with their hands tied behind their backs? The Supreme Court says that the proposed trials are illegal under both US Law and the Geneva Conventions?

Did the International Terrorists bother to read the Geneva Conventions? Their existence is against the Geneva Convention. We must have aggressive anti-terrorist policies if we are to win the War on Terror. And if we cannot have military trials for the Gitmo Prisoners, then execute them without any. Consider this in 2006.
