All Jacked Up by Gretchen Wilson CD Review

Gretchen Wilson has released the follow up CD to her 2004 smash hit Here for the Party. It's titled All Jacked Up and it's even better than it's predecessor.

The CD launches with the title track and first single release, All Jacked Up, and from there goes on to prove Wilson is certainly no flash in the pan, or one hit wonder. Showing throughout the collection she clearly has the talent to be a consistently strong country performer.

Contributors on the project include the great Merle Haggard singing a duet with Wilson on track 7, Politically Uncorrect.

All Jacked Up is an excellent contribution by the 34 year old Wilson and would be a great addition to your music collection. It's quite simply a very entertaining CD.

While this entire CD is outstanding the truly standout tunes are California Girls [track 2], Skoal Ring [track 4], and Not Bad For A Bartender [track 11]. My SmoothLee Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1, All Jacked Up. Not usually my taste, but what can I say. I just like it.
