Winco Portable Generators

Winco, Inc provides a line of five portable generators with maximum power ratings ranging from 3000 watts to 9000 watts.

The D3000H has a continuous power rating of 2300 wats at 120 volts. It can start a motor of up to 0.75 Hp. The Honda GC160 engine has a recoil starting system with a fuel tank capacity of 2 quarts to provide running time of 1.5 hours at 50% of load. The unit weighs 92 pounds and has two 20-amp straight blade 120-volt receptacles.

The DL5000H is rated for 4500 watts of continuous power at 120/240 volts. It can start up to a 1.5 HP motor with its Honda GX270 engine. The 9 HP engine starts with a recoil system and runs for 10.3 hours from a 4.5 gallon gas tank. Standard receptacles for this unit are two 20-amp straight blade 120-volt and one 30-amp twistlock 120/240 volt. The unit weighs 150 pounds.

The DL6000I and DL6000IE are rated for 5500 watts of continuous power at 120/240 volts. The Briggs & Stratton/Intex engine is rated for 11 HP and can start a motor of up to 1.5 HP. The 4.5 gallon gas tank runs the unit for 8.5 hours at 50% load. This unit has four 20-amp 120-volt straight blade receptacles and one 30-amp twistlock 120/240-volt receptacle. Weight is 140 pounds. The DL6000H and DL6000HE have many of the same features as the 6000I, except they are powered by a Honda GX340 engine and run for 6.4 hours on a tank of gas. The weight of each of these bigger models is slightly over 200 pounds.

The DL9000E is rated for 8000 watts of continuous power at 120/240 volts. The Briggs & Stratton/Vanguard engine is rated at 16 HP and can start a motor of up to 4 HP. On 4.5 gallons of gas, the unit runs for 5.6 hours at 50% of load. Weighing in at 274 pounds, this generator has four 20-amp 120-volt straight blade receptacles and one 30-amp twistlock 120/240-volt receptacle.
