THE THREE PILLARS OF SUCCESS
Would you like to make more money? Of course! Who wouldn't?
After years of beating our heads against the wall, we have
stumbled upon the Three Pillars of Success. Take advantage of
our experience, and you can bypass the mistakes we made on the
way to learning these valuable lessons. If you learn to take
advantage of internet business opportunities, you too can earn
money online.
1. Self-Mastery.
Some people will tell you that you can't start your own
business. They'll tell you to "get a real job." Do these people
have what you want? Do you see them living the life you are
trying to create for yourself? The answer to those questions is
most certainly a resounding "no!" Listening to people like this
is futile and self-destructive. They have no tools or advice
that you can use.
Instead, find people who are living the life you want. Learn
from them, and spend time with them to help you step up your
game. A mentor, like a better fighter in the ring, will bring
you up to their level.
The key to success is to create your own reality. You are
responsible for your life, and you can create what you want. You
simply have to take the action to do so.
When you think of an idea, take action on it immediately. Don't
procrastinate! Trends come and go, and if you don't step on the
idea when the time is ripe, that time may pass. Or someone may
beat you to it, especially in these days of speedy ecommerce.
Besides, the time you waste will lose you income. We recently
created a new pop-up product that can get around most pop-up
blockers. It had been a monthly service, and we turned it into
desktop software. Within six weeks, we had over 500 sales at
about $95 each. Don't do tomorrow what you can do today!
2. Get the proper tools.
In order to be successful, you have to have the proper tools.
For example, don't use a Yahoo or a Google email account for
your internet business. These are personal email addresses, not
professional ones. Present yourself in a professional way, and
you'll be taken seriously in the online marketplace.
Remember that you're not just creating a product; you're
creating a business, and your product must work as an online
business.
3. Do what makes you uncomfortable.
No, that isn't a typo. The ultimate key to success is to break
outside of your shell. This means you must do exactly what makes
you feel uncomfortable, silly, or perhaps even stupid.
Successful people do the things that unsuccessful people aren't
willing to do. They go the extra mile and make a little bit of
extra effort.
The key in that last statement, however, is "a little bit" of
extra effort. When a horse wins by a nose, it didn't take a lot
of extra effort for that horse to win. You needn't work hard to
have a successful internet business, but you do need to stretch
beyond your personal status quo.
Practice self-mastery, get the proper tools, and stretch
yourself beyond your current limits. If you apply these Three
Pillars of Success to your next online business opportunity,
your chances of success are very high!
