Globalization options for African development

Read about the 12 reasons behind the failure to develop Africa-driven, sustainable development strategies. They have frequently been analyzed, lamented over and been taken for essentially insurmountable.
As globalisation penetrates even the remotest villages, its mixed blessings offer few sustainable development options in particular for Africa. Despite of its superficial global attractiveness, the concept Western model of globalization cannot be implemented on a global scale: globalization does not necessarily result into a globality of development. Without democratic political regulation, there are obvious ecological, social and economic limits to globalization, which are certain to impact most upon those who are already today marginalized and struggling to secure minimal livelihoods.
