You might face the disappointment of stocks running out too on the last day before christmas. You may even want to take one or two days' of leave before christmas so that everything is in order. 3. If you intend to drink, don't drive. If you must drive, then go to a party with a few friends. Let your sober friends send you home after the Christmas party.. Alternatively, try not to drink so much or mix your alcohol with non alcoholic beverages. 4. We tend to be forgetful during the festive period. We are spending so much time interacting with people and keeping the busy schedule of meeting friends and family. Before you leave your house, make sure you lock your main door and also your gate. Don't forget to switch on the alarm too. Burglars take opportunity of the festive period to strike when people let down their guard. 5 Plan your budget for christmas and keep within your budget. You don't have to overspend. Most importantly, it the thought that counts and spending time with your loved ones. 6.
