Healthy New Years Resolutions Every year as the new year approaches everyone is expected to set some goals more commonly known as making your New Year's Resolution. Many people usually set goals that are health related, to counter the effects of all the bad things that they have done to their bodies over the past 12 months. New Year's resolutions can be a great way to figure out what is important to you and your health and set goals that you really want to accomplish. Do you want to lose weight, gain muscle tone, eat healthier or quit smoking. Many people set goals such as "I want to lose 10 pounds". While this is a goal that is important, not only set the goals but jot down a plan how you propose to do it.
