were fruits, vegetables, roots, grains & nuts. What can be
easier than peeling a banana or biting into a luscious bunch of
grapes or an apple. Fresh raw fruits & vegetables have live
enzymes in them. Enzymes help to heal us, revitalize & cleanse
our bodies. Fresh raw fruits & vegetable enzymes are like soap
for our inside & allow the vitamins , minerals, & antioxidants
to get to their destination in a more productive manner. Would
you consider going several days without a bath? Many people go
days without eating the soap for their insides (fresh raw fruits
& vegetables). A day without fresh, raw fruits & vegetables is
like a day without a shower. How many days have you been without
yours?
Our bodies need 5 to 8 servings of fresh raw fruits & vegetables
every day. (Canned fruits & vegetables don't count because the
processing of them kills the enzymes & consequently, there is no
life in them.) You also need to drink plenty of water (6 to 8
glasses) throughout the day. Your body will love you for it.
