How a Simple "Secret" stretch can help magnify your Bicep Gains
You know that bicep curls work your biceps. What you probably
don't know is that while you curl, your triceps are also
contracting, thus limiting the amount of force your biceps can
produce (it's your body's way of trying to keep the elbow joint
safe).
As is always the case , your body likes to overprotect
itself--Sure it means well, but it can also limit how fast you
gain muscle mass! (By reducing both the amount of weight you can
lift and the muscle you can build)
Luckily, in this issue , I am going to show you how to get rid
of this "limiting growth factor"- think of it as a stealth way
to squeeze out more intensity and therefore more muscle growth
out of your arms!
here's what you do
Take a powerful stretching triceps exercise like the overhead
triceps extension, use a very light weight and stretch the
triceps! I want you to stretch the triceps before every set of
biceps or before an exercise that uses the biceps (like when you
train your back)
Stretch it for a minimum of 30 seconds!
Why does this work? Well Studies have shown that by stretching a
muscle , we actually weaken it! And that is why it makes a lot
of sense to stretch before a workout rather than after a workout!
By stretching .out your tri's before your biceps work, you can
weaken the triceps muscles just enough so that you minimize
their control over the biceps, leaving them to do what you want,
when you want. - Which is generate more intensity and stimulate
more muscle mass! Apply this simple tip and watch how intense
training your biceps becomes!
