Everything I Learned About Building My Home Based Business I
Learned As A Child
Take a moment and think back to when you were a child. We were
taught several values that can roll over into the Home Based Biz.
When we played by ourselves or with others we were imaginative
and creative. Coming up with new dialog all the time to keep
things interesting. This is what needs to follow through to the
Advertising and Promoting part of your business. If a child is
being creative and imaginative they could capture our attention
for hours. The more creative the ad the more attention it will
get.
Along those same lines when we were children we believed that
what we were holding was the real thing. For example a ring out
of a gumball machine, well that was a real diamond ring. Or a
cooking pot was a hat. Or we were actually riding that stick
horse to save somebody. This is just saying you need to believe
in you product or service and yourself. If you don't why should
anyone else. You could have the best product on the market but
if you don't believe it that shows though in your campaign and
ads.
Another lesson we learned was to be patient. Rome wasn't built
in a day. A business takes time to build. Don't expect to open
the doors and they will come. It takes time and work. That is
why it is called Work from Home. The word "work" is still in
there. It is not free money. You have to stick with it. Keep at
it. In time it will pay off but you have to be patient.
As we grew a little older we started to observe more and ask
more questions. We were like a sponge. We need to be like this
now. Best advice start hanging out in forums. Read them.
Participate. Share your ideas. Ask your own questions and for
advice. People are out there willing to help and need help with
their situations too. It is a great learning experience.
Finally, as we grew into adults and moved on we were told to
make a plan and follow it. Do this. Sometimes it needs to be
modified but isn't that life in general.
