25 Time Wasters
Do you feel you're too busy to sit down in the evening? When
your kids are around, do you feel you're unable to devote the
time and attention to them that you would like to? What about at
work, do you feel swamped and can't get things done? As you read
over the list below, choose the ones that waste the most time
for you and circle them. Then, think about ways that you can
take back the time these things waste for you.
