Pain is defined in the dictionary as a symptom of some physical hurt or disorder, emotional distress; a fundamental feeling that people try to avoid, annoyance: something or someone that causes trouble; a source of unhappiness. People experience many different types of pain. I have heard several times from my clients that they are far more able to handle the physical pain then the mental or emotional pain.
