Nice title.. I think its pretty clear what we are talking about
here. how many of us really get what we want??? how many of us
know how to get what we want??
What about the few that already have what they want & still
arent happy?? I think we all have heard that sometimes getting
all that we want isnt what we really want.
I created this book as a real quick glance through key guide.
Some times we all need a little helper. A little motivational
inspiration to stop us from making some of the wrong choices.
so throw me in your bag, purse or pocket, take me with you where
ever you go and see how i can help you get what you truly want.
Im not promising fame & riches, but i promise you can feel
better than ever before inside & out by making the right
choices, doing the right things in the right circumstances.

Breathe
One day i was doing some research and came accross some
information about the lymphatic system in our bodies.
Did you know that the lymphs are these amazing entities that
surround every single blood cell in your body. The only thing
that keeps the lymphs working & in peak condition is ......
Breathing. Breathing is essential for your body, blood and
energy levels. Healthy lymphs provide energy, help in weightloss
& so much more.
So here's the deal.. everyday when you wake up i want you to
breathe. Everytime you feel stressed i want you to stand up ,
relax and breathe.. Its free, its natural & its better than
anything you can buy.
Breathe in this way and within a fortnight you will see the
amazing difference lymphatic breathing exercise can do to your
life.
Breathe in the following way:
breathe in for one 1 count. hold your breathe for 4 counts.
breathe out for 2 counts.
as you get better increase the counts but in the same ratio. For
example :
Breathe in for 4 counts Hold your breathe for 16 counts Breathe
out for 8 counts.
Do ten repetitions every morning. You will see how it really
helps to relax you in stressed situations too.

------------------ Atitude
Everything is about attitude these days. The attitude you have
is what will be seen by others. do you have a positive attitude?
Do you have a negative attitude? Are you just grumpy? Are you
confident? All this will affect your attitude & what you are
seen as.
Let me ask you a few questions to help you assess your attitude.
How much do you enjoy your job?
A) Who likes working, I do it because its neccesary. (2 points)
B) I enjoy my job, its not my dream job, but i work hard & take
pride in my work. (3 points) C) Im not meant to enjoy it, its
work.. I need the money. (1 points) D) I love it. (4 points)
You lost some money in a small investment, you were hoping would
pay out. How would you react? A) I made a poor choice. I took
notes. I was dissapointment but now i can learn from it and make
wiser decisions. (4 points) B) Im very very angry, I hate
loosing any money. (2 points) C) We all loose sometimes, just
need to make sure i do it right next time. (3 points) D) Never
investing again, too many risks. (1 points)
Your score
2 points = The glass is half empy. You dont like to lose and
your attitude is usually based on whats neccesary & what isnt.
You dont think wasting money prooves to any use. 3 points = Your
attitude is more about relevancy & what isnt. An occasional
splurge if you are convinced it will come in use. 4 - 5 points =
Your in the middle. You have a balanced attitude regarding most
things. You weigh things out to decide what to do before doing
it. 6 - 7 points = You are quite a cheery person, You ejoy
solving your problems and taking action to fix any problems. You
may convince yourself that its only money or work etc & that you
just need to make it through the day & then everything will be
alright. 8 points = The glass is half full. You usually see the
good side in everything.
I want to be clear that this quick test is to discover your
attitude. this does not mean that a higher or lower score is
better or lesser than the other.
Now that we know how others may see you, lets see how you would
like to see yourself.
I want you to get a pen & paper and write down a few things
about your attitude. answer the following questions.
Would you prefer to be a positive or negative person?
Would you like to have a hapy go lucky attitude?
What things could you do to better your attitude?
What lies behind your attitude? (lack of self esteem, no
confidence, i need to be mean to be listened too, I feel like i
always have to smile to make everyone happy)
Once you have written all this down, i want you to re-read them.
Really picture your self having the attitude you want.
working first on your attitude and the rest will follow.
Now that we know your attitude, lets move on to working on your
attitude.
We are going to create an attitude plan. We are going to take
some action notes to put in this plan to begin our attitude make
over.
Eg : If you answered you want to be a positive person, then lets
begin to explore that. How can you have a positive attitude.
write things down that make you feel positive. maybe change your
gloomy office environment or home environment. Bring some plants
into work or flowers. Maybe at home in your relaxation area
clear all the clutter and create a peaceful balanced environment
wheere you can relax & think positively. Have a ten min positive
meditation. I will go into that later on in the next few
chapters.
What things can you do to better your attitude? il throw some at
you. How bout smiling with a huge grin everytime you walk into
the office and give all your work mates a big hi how you going?
did you have a great night? .. Starting every morning with the
breathing excercises will get your energy soaring and help you
be more positive.
We are not born negative. We arent born with the world on our
shoulders. We start picking those things up as we go through
life. so its about time that you start taking off all this
negative baggage and become the person your meant to become &
only you can do this. No one else can do this for you.
Only you can decide to start thinking positive about things.
Begin helping yourself. Help yourself on the inside and continue
to help yourself on the outside.
Do something positive each day. Make it a routine which will
later on turn into a habit. That is how habits are formed. Every
morning believe in yourself & tell yourself that. Decide that
today you will overcome all the issues that will come accross
your way.

Challenges
The challenges you face today may derive from the choices you
have made. Thank those challenges. This is what helps you grow.
I have seen so many people just give up so easy when a challenge
arises they dont even try and solve or overcome the challenge.
This is what helps us grow as a person. Every miserable moment
in your life has made you the person you are today. They have
made you survive till this day!!!. They have brought yu enough
will to live till this day!! You need to thank them for that.
How many times have you had a challenge. Maybe it was goal you
had set out for yourself, but you got to a certain point when a
challenge hit you? And you just got upset, cried & gave up??
We all have done that. Its normal.
But what im trying to do is teach you how you can overcome all
these challenge.
All you need to do is ask yourself a couple of questions. Ask
yourself :
how did this challenge get here? How big is it? What is it
about? How can i overcome it? How can i find a solution? If this
person was facing this, how would they do it?
Never forget that person you want to become. always put yourself
in their shoes and see what they would do, how would they handle
it. Would they fly off the handle, run and hide or would they
face them and overcome them? Try and do the same.
Its that easy. "yes sure easy for you to say".. I know it isnt
as simple as pie, but you can overcome them by training yourself
to ask yourself those questions and put yourself in those shoes.
You will see challenges will become easier to face. There will
come a day, when you will laugh when someone complains of a
challenge, you have overcome a million times.
