DISENGAGEMENT AND DISENCHANTMENT IN THE JOB SEARCH After a few rejections while looking for work, it is easy to become disenchanted, discouraged and depressed. Everyone gets these blues when looking for work. What to do about these negative emotions? I don't think it is smart nor effective to dismiss them, nor prolong them. So....It is ACTION that helps.
