Fingering Checklist
This article is a short checklist, which is absolutely essential
before fingering your partner. One mistake or missing out one of
the point below, is potentially disastrous. Some can even
completely wreck your chances before you begin, where as others
will just reduce your success rate of fully satisfying her.
Clean hands:
This one is really a no-brainer. Obviously for hygiene reasons
your hands should be clean. But also, no self respecting woman
is going to want you to put your hands covered in dirt, all over
her, let alone inside her. This can also prevent any bacteria
from getting into the vagina. So don't shoot yourself in the
foot before you even being, WASH YOUR HANDS.
Take a shower:
No-one is going to be turned on by someone who smells bad (Ok
well there may be the odd few in a million). So have a shower, I
know it really is common sense but many people don't do it as
often as they should.
Deodorant / aftershave:
Ok, so now you've had a shower you don't smell bad. Want to
really turn her on? Put on some nice deodorant and aftershave.
Just a little bit, don't over do it so she wont be able to
breathe when she comes near you. Just a quick spray and a dab of
aftershave is all you need.
Short nails:
Short and filed nails are a must. If your nails are too long,
and certainly if they are jagged, you may cause the woman to
feel discomfort, or even pain. It only takes 5 minutes, but it's
those 5 minutes that could make a big difference in the results
you experience, or more importantly, the results that SHE
experiences. If you absolutely must have long nails for whatever
reason, keep them smooth and be gentle. Some of the techniques
described in this ebook might be difficult to do effectively if
you have long nails, as you wont be able to use the correct
angles and perhaps not be able to apply as much speed or
pressure as may be needed.
Lubricant (Lube):
No matter how turned on a woman is, a little lube never hurts.
This is because even though a woman will already have natural
lubricant down there, it can get too thinly spread, which can
cause tenderness. If you do use lubrication (Which you should
every now and then) then make sure you warm it in your hands
first before applying it. Failure to do so will probably cause
her to be shocked by how cold it is, this will dull the mood
slightly. If you're lucky the shock might make her laugh. But
try not to make this mistake in the first place, because you
will get a much better response if the lubrication is warm as it
feels more comfortable.
Atmosphere:
A very important ingredient on the checklist. If the atmosphere
is all wrong, you wont get the desired response. At least not to
the same degree as if the atmosphere was just right. How do you
get the atmosphere just right? Be gentle and loving. Have some
candles lit, maybe some soft music playing in the background.
That's if you want to REALLY make the effort. But being loving
and caring is all you really need to get the ball rolling.
