Here, we look at some simple natural ways that may help you to
have a larger penile size. While these methods deal generally
with improving your health, and thus improve your overall

Your penile size, whether flaccid or erect, depends on the
amount of blood that enters your organ through the arteries
called the pudendal arteries. It also depends on the amount of
blood contained in the central spongy tissues of your penis that
become filled with blood when the penis becomes erect. The
amount of blood in these spongy tissues largely determines your
penile size.
Thus, if you can improve your overall health, and thus your
penile blood supply, you can also improve your penile size. Some
of the factors that may affect the blood supply to your penis
include your diet, smoking, level of relaxation, room

When it comes to diet, a low-fat diet can help you to have a
better penile blood supply as well as prevent heart disease. A
diet high in fat, particularly animal (saturated) fat, will
increase your blood cholesterol level. This will, over time,
result in your arteries becoming narrower, including the
pudendal arteries that carry blood into your penis. The
narrowing of your arteries can also result from smoking, and
this will cause a higher heart disease risk as well as reduce
your penile blood flow. This reduced penile blood flow may also
weaken your ability to become erect.
By being able to relax deeply during sexual intercourse, you can
help the smooth muscle tissue surrounding the pudendal arteries
to relax. This allows the muscle tissue to relax as well,
allowing an increase in penile blood flow. On the other hand, if
you have anxiety during lovemaking, the muscle tissue will
contract. This will in turn cause the pudendal arteries to
constrict slightly, thus limiting the blood flow into the penis.
Having anxiety during lovemaking will also send excess blood
away from your body, including the penis, and out towards the
limbs.
In a room which has a temperature which you find is rather cold,
you will find that your penis may seem to reduce in size, while
your scrotum will become tighter and hug your body. But should
you increase your temperature, such as after a hot shower, your
penis will look considerably larger and the scrotum will hang
much lower. This is because a relatively warm temperature is
relaxing. It will increase the penile blood and result in the
scrotum becoming looser.
Finally, a loving and log-term relationship with your partner
will enable you to relax much more and reduce any anxiety you
may have while having sexual intercourse. Knowing your lover
