Colorado Springs is a beautiful city located in the Pikes Peak

America's most famous mountain, Pikes Peak, is one of Colorado's
national treasures. People have explored its valleys and
hillsides for centuries in hunt of natural beauty, sport,
education and spiritual enlightenment. Pikes Peak is habitat to
an abundant and assorted mixture of plant and animal life.
Close to Colorado Springs there is a place where you can go into
the earth where time has no importance; into a world developed
over millions of years. Explore passageways that were previously
filled with rushing, acidic water. Observe all sorts of diverse,
exceptional shapes including stalactites, stalagmites,
helectites , and a lot of more! Listen to the fascinating
history of the Cave of the Winds and its discovery more than 100
years ago. The Discovery Tour is a 45 minute guided walking
tour, about half of a mile in length. Regardless of what the
temperature outside, it's constantly a comfortable 54 degrees
Fahrenheit
If this isn't enough adventure for you there is a way to step
back into the abyss of time to the Old West. The Flying W Ranch
is an operational cattle ranch just north of the Garden of the
Gods that focus on western food and entertainment. There are in
excess of a dozen totally restored buildings equipped with
genuine contents of the 1800's and early 1900's. Following a
tasty meal of steaks, trout, BBQ beef, chickens or ribs you are
entertained by the world renowned Flying W Wranglers.
