7-day Dinner Menu: Something for Everyone

Not sure what to serve for dinner this week? Here's a few homemade, 'tummy-filling' menu ideas that everyone will enjoy. They are always a big hit with my family. ENJOY!

-Jambalaya (Chicken, Shrimp and Sausage)

-Veggie Stir Fry over Rice

Each meal is complemented with a delicious dessert. Guaranteed to put a smile on your loved one's face. :) You can use your favorite recipes OR store-bought items. Plenty of the items come in ready-made packages. Just heat and serve or Just add water!

Here are some tips that I use all the time.
-Bulk up canned soups with EXTRA veggies.
-Add frozen veggies & leftover baked chicken to 'Ramen' noodles packs.
-Use store-bought mixes and spice them up with your fave seasonings.
-Buy a bagged salad mix and add your faves.
-Keep Dinner Rolls in the freezer, they go great with MANY meals.
-Cut Corn-on-Cob in half to make more servings.
-Preserve leftover pie by individually wrapping slices.
-Beef up Canned Chilli with your fave spices and meats.
-Top Frozen Pizza's with favorite veggie toppings and cheese.
-Spice up store-bought cake mixes and frostings with flavorings such as lemon, chocolate powder, pudding, etc...
-Save recipes included on food packaging in your kitchen scrapbook for later use.
