GUESS: Guess Founder Victim of Con Artists in Fabricated Sex
Scandal
Former GUESS designer GEORGE MARCIANO has filed a countersuit
against 21 year old Los Angeles woman Elizabeth
Eichelman and her boyfriend Anthony VanVactor for blackmail,
fraud, and conspiracy.
According to the suit, Eich
elman conspired with VanVactor in an attempt to "...get
Eichelman a job as a nanny/au pair for Marciano's children, so
that Eichelman could fabricate claims against Marciano." The
suit claims the pair and their attorneys attempted to fabricate
a sex scandal in order to extort a sum of money from
Marciano.
The suit continues "Eichelman attempted to get a job with
Marciano by fraudulent concealment of her sordid past, and she
planned to demand substantial sums of money from Marciano or
else she would make public claims that Marciano allegedly
engaged in inappropriate conduct with her."
However, the suit further states that Eichelman failed to get a
job with Marciano as during the interview "...Eichelman, who
did not provide Marciano with a resume and refused to disclose
her current or previous employers, or her address in Los
Angeles, informed Marciano that she had never been employed as a
nanny or an au pair."
Furthermore, "...Eichelman advertises herself on sex sites
such as FaceTheJury.com and Plenty-of-Fish.com on which she is
featured in a seductive and provocatively posed photograph
alongside references directly connected to 'Sexy Swingers and
Wild Women', 'Hookup with Hot Chicks', 'Get some lovin' tonight'
and 'Meet New Sex Partners'."."
None of the parties involved in the suit were available for
comment.
