Disput of Resource

Dispute of Resources In the continuous process, where the resources are proportionate for a single production line, dispute of resources doesn't exist. In custom manufacturing, where repetition doesn't exist, it is different; the resources are disputed among the nets in production. The periods of execution of the old nets, in the case of inclusion of new net, increase and with this the cost of capital [back interest] grows. Including a new net [product] in the production of a company the "operational profit" of this new net is added to the "total operational profit" of the company and the loss with increment of cost of the capital [back interest] of the remaining nets [products] is subtracted. In the extreme cases, including a new net, the "total operational profit" can decrease. In the case of calculation for the quotation [pro-form invoice] the "no operational profit" increment should compensate the loss of the "operational profit" [partially or in the totality]. Here the reasoning refers to the inclusion of a new net [product] in a company with various old nets, included already. The most complex case is when more that one new net should be included. This case requests deeper analysis. In case when only some nets, the viable ones, of a group of new nets should be included, the strategy of stipulating the "no operational profit" demands extremely complex analysis. The time of the delivery of price quotation to the customer is short and the conditions of the market change quickly; this requests fast analysis of the costs and of the profit. For cost analysis is essential to have software that maintain the bank of "standard costs" updated. For cost analysis of each net is also necessary extremely fast software, codified in MASM32 flat. Software that makes the two things is found in http://oz.pro.br/w . With multiple variants of combination of the nets we can analyze the price and the viability of inclusion of each net, or of a group of the nets.
