Avidian Technologies Announces Prophet 3.0
Prophet, the leading Sales Software for Outlook, Now Includes
Enhanced Contact Management for Outlook, Workflow Engine, Sales
Assistant and Customized Opportunity Manager
BELLEVUE, Wash. - December 7, 2005 - Avidian Technologies today
announced the launch of Prophet 3.0, the newest version of its
leading Outlook-based sales software solution. Avidian also
announced that Prophet will be available for the first time for
enterprises with Prophet Enterprise Client and Prophet
Enterprise Server.

on our customers' feedback and suggestions. Now Prophet is
faster, more customizable, more deeply integrated within
Outlook, and available for enterprise customers as well."
Prophet 3.0 includes the following new features:
o Tighter and more seamless integration inside Outlook provides
a faster load time and allows users to manage sales information
right from their Outlook Inbox or Contacts.
o Sales Assistant allows users to send pre-set, timed emails to
their contacts.
o Workflow Engine allows users to customize automatic sales
cycle actions and create consistent sales processes to make sure
critical tasks get accomplished for every prospect or sale. The
workflow engine also automatically creates Outlook emails,
calendar events and task items associated with a process.
o Groups and Permissions' features support unlimited
hierarchical sales structures so that the right people see the
right information.
Other features new to Prophet 3.0 include increased
customization, advanced reporting options, and additional
Opportunity Manager and Contact Manager features.

The Prophet 3.0 product suite can be purchased as Prophet
Standard, Prophet Professional Client, Prophet Professional

Sales Assistant has been added to Prophet Professional 3.0
editions, while Workflow Engine and Sales Assistant have been
added to Prophet Enterprise 3.0 editions. Prophet Professional
and Enterprise 3.0 editions are designed for stand-alone use,
peer-to-peer sharing, and multiple client connections to a
Prophet server.
Prophet Standard, Professional and Enterprise 3.0 versions will
be launched December 5, 2005. Prices for Prophet Standard
Edition start at $199 per user and $399 per user for the Prophet
Professional Edition.
