Finding Solutions, Healing and Transformation
We have all had times when we've found ourselves reliving in
our minds times that someone has made us very angry by treating
us unfairly or perhaps times when we've been injured in an
accident and suddenly we find ourselves reliving what we went
through, even though the accident was sometime ago and hopefully
the pain from it is long gone.
Emotional Freedom Technique, otherwise known as EFT, just may be

with this through the use of acupuncture points. These points
must be tapped in a certain order, while the EFT user repeats
what is termed a reminder phrase. You can do this on your own or

you feel is the right decision for you.
Freedom is much to be valued. Holding unresolved grudges against
someone who has hurt us, usually results in a form of "slavery"
or mental imprisonment for ourselves and often the person with
whom we're angry has no idea of how we feel or perhaps doesn't
care. We need to free ourselves from this slavery or mental
imprisonment and move forward, and EFT practitioners claim that
this practice can do just that.
We also need to look forward with a positive attitude towards
those things which we want to gain in our lives. Negative
emotions can drain our energy and block us from receiving the
things we want and achieving our goals. Rather than thinking of
the injustices that have happened to us, we need to concentrate
on the wonderful things that the future holds for us and to
concentrate all of our energies into making that future a
positive reality.

problems, that we can be transformed, that we can be healed,
through the use of Emotional Freedom Technique. Let's accept
