Dealsdujour.com CEO Bradley P. Wilson, 23, was honored at a gala at the Metropolitan Club hosted by LinkShare Corporation, a leader in online performance-based marketing.
"To win an award of this caliber is a great achievement for Dealsdujour.com," said Mr. Wilson. "We have tried to create a user-friendly site and a complete shopping experience for our visitors and we are proud to be recognized by LinkShare for our efforts."
Dealsdujour.com was founded by brothers Bradley P. Wilson and Campbell M. Wilson. Born in Chicago, they developed the idea for the website while students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and started the company in 2001.
With the support of over 400 merchant partners, including Dell, Target, and Overstock.com, and several hundred thousand visitors each month, Dealsdujour.com has created a unique platform that is mutually beneficial to both visitors and merchants. Visitors receive free coupons and savings on their purchase. Merchants get a cost-effective way to acquire new customers and drive incremental revenue.
Overstock.com Chairman & President Patrick Byrne was in attendance at the Golden Link Awards. "Dealsdujour.com should be commended for winning the LinkShare Titanium Award. Through hard work and perseverance, they have found, and continue to find innovative ways to drive incremental sales and new customers to Overstock.com. More importantly, they have become a model affiliate and are well respected within the affiliate marketing industry."
