what customers would expect to pay or you throw in a freebie
bonus gift as a way of expressing your appreciation for your
customer's patronage. Or both. Can you guess what reaction they
might have at being appreciated in this way? I would think it
would instill their trust in you. This will turn them into
happy, loyal and most importantly, repeat customers. A happy
customer who feels they are paying a small amount compared to
the value of what they have bought is more likely to share their
positive experiences with their friends, family and
acquaintances. Their testimonials and word of mouth advertising
is the best possible way to expand your customer base and
increase your online sales.
So remember, by creating more and more value in each of your
products and services, you will no doubt reach dizzying heights
of success with your online business in no time at all.
