Caffeine has a three-day hold on your body. You will have headaches if you stop and you will feel tired compared to your normal coffee self. So if you are a big coffee drinker and stopped for three days you would be over the addiction and head aches in about 3-days, but you would feel somewhat tired at times, lethargic and not as motivated as you are now with Coffee in you.
