Who is your true friend?
Is it one who comes and waste you time away and have fun at your expense?
Or, is it some one who really cares for you and would do almost anything for you whether you are in trouble-- having a hard time-- or having a good time.
While you can identify these types of friends within five seconds, today, I am going to tell you about a friend or friends who will stand by your side and keep your company put energy and zest in your life, open up your mind to think clearly, take good control of your heart, lungs, joints, muscles and all parts of your body that is aching due to insufficient mobility due to lack of movement and poor circulation, no matter what your circumstances.
This friend is a prominent piece of exercise equipment. Whether it is a treadmill, stepping mills, pilates, fitness and training equipment, exercise bike or other similar equipment, they will stand by your side and be your ally once you are ready and willing to do the same for them. They do not tire. They do not complain, they do not argue or utter any words of regret or repulsion. They only are willing to help you in your quest to take the poisons and toxins out of your body so you feel on top of the world. They help you build cardio vascular action so you heart pumps blood to all parts of your body so your joints are flexible and pain free. Your muscles get tighter and firmer and not stay flabby and sag. All you have to do is use them. They are begging you for their attention. Please give it to them!
And, there are other side benefits too. Your mind would not play tricks on you like when your body is in a lazy inactive state. Instead, you mind becomes clear and alert. Your mind will think up wonderful ideas and be creative and productive. You may have a sudden the burst of energy to wash you car, clean up your garage, mow the lawn or write a poem or article and a host of productive ventures that keep your creative juices flowing---with full endurance---when you get cracking and do a bit of work out, and some vigorous exercises.
Many a life has been changed from one single incident when one is caught in a dire situation like this one. This 12 year old boy watched his father battered body in the intensive care unit reject medication, due to his obese state, that could have cost him his life.
