Most of our Nuclear Power Plants are fortified and protected with the understanding that they could potentially be targets from International Terrorists. Recently we have seen an upswing in the preparedness and defenses in these locations. There are barricades from truck bombs and all sorts of other security. It would take a lot of planning and firepower to over come those defenses and the FBI is hot on the trail of any potential in-country insurgent International Terrorists Cells.
