NFC Road to the SuperBowl
NFC Conference Championship
St-Louis Rams Vs Atlanta Falcons
Can Atlanta can disrupt the Ram passing game by exploiting their weak Offensive line, with pro-bowl led Patrick Kerney and his 13 sacks this season?
Can Atlanta establish ball control by using the running game?
Can Michael Vick step up and take Atlanta to a playoff victory?
We think so. It will be a close game, but Atlanta should win by a field goal
Minnesota Vikings vs Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles acquired Owens to take them to that next step. Owens is hurt and out for the game.
While Owens is out, Moss is in, despite being hobbled by leg problems.
The Eagles love to Blitz, but Culpepper loves Blitzing defences, as he has posted a 63.5% completion rating, thrown for over 1200 yards, scored 15 touchdowns with only 1 pick when Blitzed.
The only way for the Eagles to pull this one out is for Jevon Kearse to contain Culpepper, and for the Eagles Defensive co-ordinator to contain Moss.
Won't happen
NFC Championship
Minnesota Vikings vs Atlanta Falcons
Falcons will need Vick to produce as advertised in order to beat this Viking team. But this time, it will have to be with his arm, and not his feet. He will need to get his wide receivers into the game, not just Alge Crumpler.
The Vikings, both Culpepper and Moss specifically, have been highly criticized of late for their lack of leadership. Controversy can be a great motivator in the absence of leadership. Look for the Vikings to use the various issues of this past year, along with the criticism they will receive for betting a flightless Eagle team for a huge win over the Falcons.
