Transferring a car registration from one state to another can be a hassle. All states require some form of Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) verification to avoid having stolen cars registered. While each state has its own process, the method used in Florida is quite typical.

Florida uses a special form that a car owner needs to complete and then have verified by one of several different methods. Most people choose to drive to a local notary public and have him or her confirm the VIN, sign the document, and then apply the notary seal as proof of the physical examination of the car.

Nudists in Florida, as in other locations, generally do not like to get dressed unless absolutely necessary. Locating a notary and driving to his or her office requires some degree of clothing. Of course, the car owner could try to locate a mobile notary service that will come to the house to do the work. That also becomes problematical when the homeowner appears in the driveway sans clothing.

All across the country, though, a new type of mobile notary service is being established. Notary publics who are also members of national and international nudist organizations such as the American Association for Nude Recreation, The Naturist Society, and the International Naturist Federation are banding together under the banner of NudeNotary and are providing notary services, such as VIN verifications, to fellow nudists and naturists.

These professionals do not appear nude on your doorstep, but do not mind if you do. They are people who will not be shocked, offended, or judgmental of your desire to be nude whenever and wherever appropriate.
