Generally referred to as fake siding or fake wood siding, the most common form of defective siding is that of the composite or synthetic wood siding. Made from a mixture of woodchips and glue and laminated to look like wood that has not been reconstructed artificially, synthetic siding is found on a variety of homes and locations.
