Is South Texas a viable place for a truck wash? Well South Texas is a huge area indeed. But since more and more trade is coming from Mexico there are more and more trucks going both ways along the major Roads leading from the Border to I-10. Some go through San Antonio and others through Houston.

But what many people do not understand is that there are some excellent potential truck wash locations on the 59 outside of Houston. Once you get out of town and the Freeway goes down to a highway you will see lots of trucks parked for the night. Land is not so expensive and there are a couple of truck stops, all high-traffic.
