In New Orleans the cleanup is moving forward and still there are thousands of swimming pools full of murky scum infested waters. Which have stuff growing in them and are now perfect areas for breeding Mosquitoes and disease. Some have said we need robotic fish and UUV or underwater unmanned vehicles to help us clean up Lake Ponchartrain, as much of the mucky water was pumped back into the lake. Indeed that makes sense but what about all the free-standing water which remains there?
