How can we re-activate active duty personnel better, faster and more efficiently? How can we ramp up security forces on our Southern Borders quicker? How can we insure that we are not being over run by foreign invaders into our Southern States? How can we put together better and more experienced teams using what we already have on active duty? How can we re-assign these people to jobs they have never done before without putting them into 6 more months of training?
Well it is simple really, but it involves a higher level of trust in your team. It requires that you stop treating everyone like an imbecile and you stop listening to bogus advice from consultants who have never accomplished anything in their lives. You see it takes leadership and someone with brains who requires and expects more out of their teams. Currently the Federal Government wishes to put another 6,000 National Guardsmen on the Borders to secure them. But that will surely take a year; but why?
You can put them out there tomorrow by ordering 6000, coolers from Wal-Mart and some fake cactus hunting trees to sit in and issuing sniper stile, infrared laser assisted gun sight rifles to each guardsmen and simply place them one-quarter mile apart and tell them to shoot any person sneaking over the border. Then the problem will stop tomorrow and well isn
