If you like to eat healthy then perhaps you like to make a salad and chop a few vegetables. My favorites are onions, bell peppers, celery, carrots, mushrooms, beets, tomatoes and such. Once you chop them all into little pieces you throw them in a bowl with lettuce and viola; a salad. Toss it around and you have a killer creation.
Also you might try buying extra chunky salsa and chopping your vegetables even smaller and then put it all in a bowl and add two teaspoons of Garlic and then high fiber chips and you have yourself a very healthy snack, which you can munch on while you watch the Discovery Channel, do a little reading or perhaps do a little writing?
Be careful when cutting onions and do them last. Because they can make you eyes water and then you might slice your finger. Chopping onions for my "Stir Fry" is more dangerous. And I was always use Amateur Chef Dina to guide me with her excellent stir fry recipe here;

Even when I sliced my finger cutting onions, I cried not because it hurt, but because those darn onions water my eyes, I found it hard to see while I was distracted. I must have been fantasizing on drafting off Lance Armstrong's airflow and Chris was there too and we were flying towards the finish line as Team USA, some of the French Professional Spectators were spitting and boo'ing.
We won the race anyway, too bad for the detractors. Stay healthy; do not let the Food Detractors trick you into eating un-healthy foods. It is your health we are talking about and you need to take charge of your own health and win this race. Consider all this in 2006.
