5. DON'T KEEP SCORE. Focus on the game itself.
6. Remember that THE BALL IS ALWAYS IN YOUR COURT.
7. You can call time out -- but NEVER QUIT.
8. IGNORE THE NOISY ADVICE from the crowd of spectators -- stick
to the game plan!
9. ROOT FOR THE OTHER PLAYERS who are in the game with you.
10. BE YOUR OWN CHEERLEADER. Practice the cheer: "My best is
good enough!"
