Technique for Premature Ejaculation

How would you like to improve your sexual stamina without doing
anything? Sound too good to be true?
What if I told you that the whole concept of 'having to do
stuff' is actually making it harder for you to achieve your
goals of sexual mastery. Intrigued? Read on.
Stress and tension around having a less-than-spectacular sex
life, is first of all very destructive for your overall health
and well-being.
Stress and tension will always result in you having a lack of
depth in your sexual experiences.
Your stress and tension will always disrupt and override your
connection to erotic pleasure in your body.
A lot of techniques out there that are supposed to work for
handling these issues of frustration and disappointment with
your lack of control.
The only problem is they are often based on creating more stress
and tension in your body.
And that is the last thing you want to do! Squeeze this, hold
that, pump this, press here, squeeze more . . . Ouch!
First of all contracting muscles will always cut down on your
pleasurable sensations.
Then there is all this stuff to think about . . . squeeze when?
press now? how? And that is the last thing you want to be doing
in sex . . . thinking!
If you are thinking about it . . . am I doing it right? am I
doing it wrong? is she really enjoying this? oh no I can't stop,
I'm going to come now! . . . then guess what, how can you be in
the experience.
Your brain has separated you from your body, and so there is
very little chance of a really deep fulfilling orgasmic
experience for you or your partner.
Forget all this squeezing and tension stuff. My approach is
completely different.
The more you can relax, the more you will feel and the more you
will have control.
Easy! Accelerate the pleasure and control in your sex life
through relaxation. What a concept.
Thousands of my clients over many years have proven this over
and over.
If you want a quickie taste of what is possible, here is a
simple five minute exercise to do at least once a day, three
times is better.
If you decide to do this for a couple of weeks you will be
amazed at some of the magic that will happen for you.

following exercise and what changes you noticed.
What are the benefits of this quickie exercise? If you do the
following exercise everyday at least once for five minutes only,
you will notice
- an overall increase in your energy level - new and subtle
pleasurable feelings - an increase in your cock space (where
your sexual energy flows) - an increase in the fullness of your
erections - an increase the level of your arousal - and a big
smile on your face, because it feels soooo good!
Do this at least 10 times and you will be amazed at the magic
that happens.
The Exercise:
Sit in a chair or lay down on the bed or floor.
Close your eyes.
Become aware of each breath moving in and out of the nostrils.
Every inhalation, every exhalation. Watching each breath in and
out of the nostrils.
Continue with this awareness until you feel the breath deepen.
Now create the sensation of each breath moving directly in and
out of the navel, allowing the belly to be relaxed.
Watch each relaxed breath in and out of the navel. Feel a sense
of the whole body expanding with each relaxed inward breath
through the navel.
Feel a wave of relaxation as you breath out through the navel.
Continue with this awareness until you feel a relaxed fullness.
Then drop your awareness of the breath down to the perineum.
Along the surface of skin between your anus and testes. The
midway point in the perineum that is most sensitive. (This is
the perineal body, mooladhara, first chakra point.)
Feel your breath moving in and out of this point. Feel a
sensation at this point with every breath in.
Feel the sensation relax and flow in the body with every breath
out. Continue with this breath awareness, in and out of this
point.
Feel the sensation growing with intensity with each breath in
through the point.
Breath in and out of this point for a few minutes, arousing your
sexual energy.
Allow yourself to feel it flowing. Enjoy the feeling of it
flowing.
To complete, let go of the breath awareness. Become aware of the
whole physical body.
And open your eyes.
Practice every day at least once a day, three times if possible.
You can do it in the office, sitting in front of the TV. I want
to hear about your results.
And yes this is the beginning of a technique heading in the
direction of you having full body orgasmic experience!
